On Naming and Renaming Certain Educational and Cultural Institutions in the North Kazakhstan Region

In accordance with subparagraph 4-1) of Article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On the Administrative-Territorial Structure of the Republic of Kazakhstan," as well as the Government Decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 281 dated March 5, 1996, "On Approval of the Rules for Naming Airports, Ports, Railway Stations, Metro Stations, Bus Stations, Physical-Geographical and Other State-Owned Objects in the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as Renaming, Clarifying, and Changing the Transcription of Their Nam...

1. To assign the following names to educational and cultural institutions in the North Kazakhstan Region:

1) The municipal public institution "Kazakh Secondary School" under the municipal public institution "Department of Education of the Shal Akyn District" of the municipal public institution "Education Department of the Akimat of the North Kazakhstan Region" shall be named after Kakimbek Salykov.

2) The municipal public institution "Centralized Library System of the Zhambyl District" shall be named after Safuan Shaimerdenov.

2. To rename the municipal public institution "Novonikolsk Secondary School" of the municipal public institution "Department of Education of the Kyzylzhar District" of the municipal public institution "Education Department of the Akimat of the North Kazakhstan Region" as the municipal public institution "Gennady Zenchenko Secondary School" under the same administration.

3. This decree shall enter into force on the date of its first official publication.
